Email us with your account email, table name, device model, and a short description of what happened. Do not send your password, full birth date, or payment information.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. If a sign-in or invitation link opens incorrectly, copy the full link into Safari on the device where Mahj Mates is installed.
Connection problems
Reconnect to the internet, reopen the table, and allow the saved hand to reload. Your server-confirmed actions and hand state are preserved between app launches.
Subscriptions
Open Profile → Subscription to restore a purchase or review access. Apple handles billing and refunds. You can change or cancel renewal in Apple subscription settings.
Safety
Open a player profile or message to block a user or report a concern. Reports are reviewed by the app owner. For urgent safety concerns, email support. Contact emergency services directly if anyone is in immediate danger.
Delete your account
Open Profile, choose Delete account, and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address associated with the account. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately using the link above.
